When you submit an enquiry through our lead form on Facebook or Instagram, we collect the details you provide, which may include:

• Your email address
• Your WhatsApp number
• Your destination of interest
• Number of travellers and group size
• Trip duration and travel date range
• Your departure city

We only collect the information you choose to share with us through the form or in your subsequent conversations with us.

How we collect it

We collect your information through lead forms delivered by Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising. When you complete and submit one of our forms, Meta passes the information you provided to us so that we can respond to your enquiry.

How we use your information

We use the information you share solely to:

• Respond to your enquiry and answer your questions
• Prepare and share customised tour package quotes
• Contact you — primarily via WhatsApp — to discuss your trip
• Provide ongoing service related to any booking you choose to make

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for any purpose unrelated to your travel enquiry.

Who we share it with

To operate our enquiry and lead-management process, your information may be handled by the following third-party services:

• Meta Platforms — your enquiry is submitted through and delivered to us via Meta’s lead forms, and is subject to Meta’s own Privacy Policy.
• WhatsApp — we use WhatsApp to communicate with you, so your number and messages are processed through it under WhatsApp’s Privacy Policy.
• Google (Google Sheets) — we store enquiry details in Google Sheets to manage and respond to leads, under Google’s Privacy Policy.

We share your information with these services only to the extent needed to respond to and manage your enquiry. We do not share it with advertisers or unrelated third parties.

How long we keep it

We retain your enquiry information for as long as necessary to respond to you, provide our services, and maintain reasonable business records. If you ask us to delete your information, we will do so unless we are required to keep it for legal or accounting reasons.

How we protect it

We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure, including limiting access to it and using reputable services (Meta, WhatsApp, and Google) to handle it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information from unauthorised access or misuse.
